Fans at this awards ceremony that was hosted by a cultural hub in Film Nagar, cheered for Ramcharan who won the Sensational Star of 2007 Award for his debut performance in Chirutha. The applause didn't stop there. It got louder when NTR Jr was given the Best Actor Award for his performance in Rakhee and Yamadonga.
The star-studded evening saw the likes of Genelia, who bagged the Best Actress Award, D Ramanaidu and many others. Adding zing to the evening were item numbers by Abhinayasree, Poonam Bajwa, Archana and others. Sekhar Kammula was here too and got the Best Screenplay Writer Award. His film Happy Days won the Best Feature film Award.
