Hero Gopichand, who is riding high with successive hits, is planning to be in Pongal race. Producer Pokuri Baburao is racing against time to make their film 'Ontari' to stand in for the season. This is 14th film for the Baburao's Eetharam Films banner. There are high hopes on the project as the producers' last two films with Gopichand - 'Yagnam' and 'Ranam' were super hits. Also Gopichand's last film 'Lakshyam' was a blockbuster. Malayalam beauty Bhavana is making her debut into Telugu with the film. The film's music is by Mani Sharma.
