Rajanikanth’s ‘Kucheludu’ is creating new sensation every now and then. Now this film which is the remake of Malayalam super hit ‘Katha Paravumpol’ is going to be released in Kerala at about 80 centres by the most popular Seven Arts International Banner.
It’s a known fact that Pyramid Saimira acquired the rights in Tamil and Telugu for a whopping amount of 64 crores. Since the actual cost of the film is only 40 crores, it’s already making handsome profits even before its release.
The latest buzz is that Kucheludu will be remade in Hindi titled ‘Billu Barber’ with Sharukh playing the lead role.
While K Balachander’s Kavithalaya is producing it in Tamil, Aswini Dutt is the producer in Telugu. Besides Rajini portraying himself in the film, Jagapathi Babu, Nayantara, Meena and Vadivelu are the main leads.
