Rajasekhar’s attackers surrender

The attackers of actor Rajasekhar and his family, identified as Rayapureddy and group, surrendered to the Punjagutta police on 29th January, but claimed that they did not attack the actor or his family. Rayapureddy and 10 other people owned up to having followed the actor’s car from Secunderabad station in order to make the actor apologize for his remarks on Chiranjeevi’s political party, but did not attack the family. Instead it was Rajasekhar who had taken a wrong turn and slammed into a lorry, the attackers said. The police are still inquiring into the incident.
