Charmi has got a reason to smile

Charmi's exuberant and alluring performances helped consolidate her position as a glamourous face in Telugu films. She is on cloud nine with the response that she has received for her latest film Mantra. According to filmnagar sources, she is now demanding Rs 50 lakhs for a film.

Not only this, her Telugu film Lakshmi, directed by V. V. Vinayak, is also being dubbed in Tamil and is slated for release shortly. Although Nayanthara was the main heroine in the film, Charmi has been praised for her performance- especially her energetic dance sequences with Venkatesh, which were talked about. Charmi believes that the film will open new avenues for her in Tamil. Charmi seems to have a reason to smile these days.
