Anuj Saxena to launch Aamna Shariff

Actor Anuj Saxena's production house Maverick which is presenting Sushmita Sen, Fardeen Khan and Shahrukh Khan starrer DULHA MIL GAYA is all set to launch Aamna Shariff in Bollywood. The film is titled ALOO CHAAT in which Aftab Shivdasani is playing a solo hero opposite her. Robby Garewal who had earlier directed SAMAY & MERA PEHLA PEHLA PYAR is directing the film.

On asking about this unique pairing says CEO of Maverick Anuj Saxena, 'Aamna and Aftab both suited the roles perfectly, they also make a good pair together and I think they will create the necessary magic for this film.'

The film will go on the floors in Mid February in a start to finish schedule.

After the co-production of DULHA MIL GAYA, this is Maverick's first independent production.

Anuj Saxena launched this Production House in March 2005, this baby had to be a reflection of his persona and 'Maverick' aptly suited the magic in his eye. Under the hood, Maverick is presenting Vaswani's film DULHA MIL GAYA, starring, Sushmita Sen, Fardeen Khan and Shahrukh Khan; slated for release in '08.
