Mumaith Khan to do Basic Instinct

If the sources are to be believed, item girl turned heroine Mumaith Khan might do Sharon Stone from the film Basic Instinct. Basic Instinct is such a hot and hit movie in those days that even the makers and the cast were not hesitant if they could redo the magic. After almost a decade they came back and did the Basic Instinct 2 with Sharon Stone but could not create the same magic. In the first part, what also clicked in the thriller is the chemistry between Michael Douglas and Sharon Stone. The film is about a writer who is investigated by the police for murders that are exactly done as described in her book.

As our sources claim, Mumaith Khan is approached to do a film on those lines. Of course, this will be a Tollywood film. Let us wait and see if the interested parties can get this project going.
